Custom Capabilities, Low NOX, Low and High Input Burners
APCOM manufactures gas system components including supply manifolds, pilot burners, pilot tubing, and main burners. Components are often custom designed for our customers. We have the capability of producing metal tubing products in various end form, bend, and tube diameter configurations. Our model PB-4 pilot burner is designed as a standing pilot for gas water heating and is available in both natural and L.P. gas configurations. The device is designed for use with 1/4" diameter aluminum tubing gas supply line. Our patented radial port main burner can be fired at up to 50,000 btu/hr. Used in conjunction with proper water heater design, it has the ability to pass stringent low NOX codes in California.
